Welcome to this page via Elliott Lunda/Senior Advocate of the "We're Still Living" program which is connected and developed for the Edward R. Lunda Estate in Akron, Ohio.  A request for contributions is targeted towards individuals becoming a prestigious member in honor of the late Edward R. Lunda, whom passed away 11-03-2017.   Mr. Lunda was a former Tuskegee Airmen, a recipient of a Congressional Gold Medal, presented by former President George Bush,  contributor to voluminous charity organizations (click on the following page to see the list).  Mr. Lunda received a Proclamation from the city of Akron, Ohio from the former Mayor Plusquelic and current Mayor Dan Horrigon, which the development of an annual Edward R. Lunda day  (August 5th) is associated with the Proclamation.  Some of Mr. Lunda's last community involvement lead him to have the status as an Honorary Member of the Akron Chapter of Detroit Foundation for the Arts, through the  "We're Still Living" Program.  In honor of Mr. Lunda his legacy is continuing thru his Estate as a Legacy Project Home, designed for diverse families to be registered thru a Legacy Library.
